Each piece offered by Om Shanti Studio is created with intention and care. Because of the nature of original artwork and made-to-order items, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Originals
Original artworks are final sale. Please review images, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to ordering, feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help.
Prints & Physical Products
If your print or physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. A replacement or refund will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Downloads
All digital products are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me so we can work together toward a resolution.
